LAS VEGAS — CES, one of the world’s largest consumer electronics shows, can be overwhelming, with its dizzying array of new products and company announcements.

Even if you spent the entire week combing through booths, you probably still wouldn’t see every new gadget or hear every promise to deliver a more efficient, productive, fulfilled life.
