The SEC did some new things in its SolarWinds enforcement case

The Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday sued SolarWinds over what the commission argued were its poor digital safeguards and its failure to disclose them leading up to the landmark breach of the software firm, which has been called one of the worst ever.
