Lateshia Hall suddenly felt like she was in labor, and she knew she wasn’t going to make it to the hospital in time for the birth of her seventh child.

“It was obvious this baby wasn’t waiting for anyone — he was on his way,” said Hall, who took some deep breaths and asked her mother to call 911.
