11 a.m. — Frost advisory for Fauqier County and locations south and west tonight

The cool air mass overhead combined with clear skies and light winds will allow for lows in the mid-30s tonight and Fauquier County and locations to the south and west. Patchy frost is probable prompting a frost advisory from the National Weather Service from midnight to 9 a.m. Sunday. Over parts of the Interstate 81 corridor and the Appalachians, temperatures will drop closer to 32 degrees, prompting a freeze warning.
