Bob Iger has twice considered running for president.

The longtime Walt Disney Co. chief executive conferred with political strategists and pollsters, studied up on key issues, reviewed famous speeches and consulted his family, according to his memoir and news reports. But ultimately, he stepped down as CEO in 2020 and decided against launching a Democratic campaign for the White House.
