I used to find a lot of ideas and inspiration in my dreams. But lately, I felt like I wasn’t dreaming enough, so I started a dream journal to train my mind. Now, every night I write down a few thoughts, set the mood and think of intentions to let my mind convert them into dreams. The more I practiced these habits and the more space I made to dream again, the easier it got for me to access my unconscious mind.
