Hear ye! Hear ye! Punxsutawney Phil has chirped — another six weeks of winter will be!

As the Groundhog Day Phil-osophy goes, if the groundhog sees his shadow on the ground, the United States can expect six more weeks of winter all around. If he decides to keep his head held high, then an early spring will apply.
