Beijing Olympics medal count

The Beijing Winter Olympics ended Feb. 20 after 15 full days of competition. Medals were awarded in 109 events across seven sports. The United States finished fifth in the final medal count, behind Norway, the Russian Olympic Committee, Germany and Canada.
