Forty new townhouses are to be built in the West Village of One Loudoun in Ashburn, Va., overlooking West Village Square, a “secret garden” inspired by Gramercy Park in New York City.

Each of the three-level townhouses has a covered terrace off the main level and oversized windows on all levels. Residents can also walk to downtown One Loudoun, which has shops, restaurants, recreational amenities and community events.

The townhouses by Miller & Smith, located along Russell Branch Parkway, can have either three or four bedrooms, two or three full bathrooms, two powder rooms and a two-car garage. The townhouses have up to 2,892 square feet of living space and have base prices between $619,990 and $669,990.

Long for an elevator building with Central Park views? Try Loudoun.

The Waverly model, priced from $669,990, has a flexible room on the first floor that can be a bedroom, a home office or a play room. In addition, this level has a foyer entrance off the front door, a family foyer with a walk-in closet off the garage, a powder room that can be expanded to a full bathroom and a storage room.

The main level has an open floor plan with a dining area at the front of the townhouse, a central kitchen with a pantry and a center island, and a great room at the back of the townhouse with access to the terrace. Buyers can add a fireplace to the great room, and they can reconfigure the terrace to a smaller size to add indoor living space off the great room.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has two walk-in closets and a full bathroom. Two additional bedrooms, a laundry room and a hall bathroom complete this level.
