More than 200,000 in Texas without power

UPDATE: As of 6:30 a.m. Central time, ERCOT said more than 213,000 people customers were without power.

EARLIER: More than 211,000 people in Texas were without power overnight due to the hurricane, according to ERCOT, which operates the electric grid for much of the state. AEP’s site shows more than 140,000 outages in Corpus Christi and more than 20,000 in Victoria.
