The Washington region is experiencing its biggest snowfall of the winter, when it’s technically no longer winter. Whatever the season, the scenes are beautiful.

The snowflakes are big and fat, and the wet snow is sticking to everything. D.C. has turned into a magical winter wonderland even if it is March 21.
